Andrew has traded in his fine dining background to open a friendly,casul, ‘no frills eatery’…. he’s having a whole lot more fun too!
Andy graduated with honors from the esteemed Culinary Institute of America & FIU School of Hospitality Management. He has also trained in Italy, Switzerland, and New York City.
