Award winning Chef Andrew Bernardo has been offering cooking classes since 1994. In these classes “Chef Baba,” as his students call him, writes a classical Italian menu. You will receive a copy of this menu with complete recipes. After one hour of lecture, no more than twenty students get to work “hands on” in the kitchen. Each dish is critiqued, paired with an appropriate wine & packaged for take home.
